What types of machines do you sell on DAMAC?
We sell earthmoving, agricultural and industrial machines, both new and used: mini excavators, backhoe loaders, tractors, wheel loaders, telehandlers and rollers.
Are the machines sold with warranty?
Some machines come with warranty, others are sold as-is. Each listing clearly indicates the condition and warranty status.
Do you offer shipping within Italy and abroad?
Yes, we organize national and international transport, including customs clearance support if needed.
How can I check if a machine is still available?
We recommend contacting us directly, although availability is regularly updated on the website.
Can I inspect the machine before purchasing?
Absolutely. You can visit our yard by appointment to see the machine in person.
Do you support international purchases?
Yes, we handle international sales and provide documents such as intra-community invoices, customs forms, and CMR.
Do you offer financing or leasing options?
For certain machines, especially new ones, we can offer financing solutions through trusted partners.
Can I trade in a used machine?
Yes. Send us photos and technical details and we will provide an evaluation for trade-in.
How does the purchase process work?
Once availability is confirmed, we issue a proforma invoice. Payment is by bank transfer, then we arrange loading and shipping.
How can I request after-sales support?
We offer direct support in the Rome area. For other regions, we help you find local service providers.
