The 300F model weighs 4.5 tons and is compact. It is equipped with a 950, 1,200, or 1,500 Joule hammer, a 180-bar hydraulic system, and can install piles up to 6 meters. The mast tilts ±10° laterally to keep the pile vertical even on sloping ground. The 300F is not the cheapest pile driver on the market: it is the one with the lowest cost per driven pile, with more piles per day and a single operator. What is the maximum height of installable poles?
The Turchi 300F can install poles up to 4,400 mm, 5,200 mm or 6,000 mm depending on the column extension used (including 4400/5200 mm, 6000 mm optional).
Can the pile driver work on a slope?
Yes, within the limits of the user manual: up to a 10° (18%) slope with the machine correctly oriented to the incline, and up to 15° (27%) only with piles up to 4.4 m. With 6 m piles, the machine works on flat ground. The mast tilts ±10° laterally to keep the pile vertical.
Can it be used for photovoltaic poles and road barriers?
Yes. The 300F is designed for driving in and screwing in photovoltaic poles, guardrails, fences and agricultural applications.
How many operators are needed to use it?
The 300F is a self-propelled machine designed to be used by a single operator because of its centralized controls and precise hydraulic system.
What is the power of the hammer?
It is available with a 950, 1,200, or 1,500 Joule hammer. Adjustable frequency of 620–1,500 blows/min with the 950 J and 570–1,180 blows/min with the 1,200 J.
