Turchi Tracked Post Carrier Cart
The Turchi tracked post carrier cart is an accessory designed to speed up and secure the handling of posts on pile-driving sites. Entirely radio-controlled, it allows the operator to remain at a safe distance during all loading, transport, and unloading phases, eliminating the need for manual handling or adapting non-specific equipment such as mini-excavators or motorized wheelbarrows.
The rubber tracked undercarriage allows for operation on any type of terrain: soft, muddy, sloping, or unprepared ground. This makes it particularly suitable for construction sites where traditional wheeled vehicles cannot operate effectively, such as agricultural fields, wooded areas, or road construction sites with uneven surfaces.
Who needs the post carrier cart
The Turchi tracked transporter is aimed at all companies using self-propelled hydraulic pile drivers that need to feed the machine with a constant flow of posts without interrupting the driving cycle. The main sectors of use are the installation of ground-mounted photovoltaic systems, the assembly of road guardrails, agricultural fencing for vineyards and orchards, and special foundation sites with micropiles and sheet piles.
In a photovoltaic site, for example, the tracked cart eliminates downtime between one driving operation and the next by transporting foundation posts directly along the tracker rows, even on uneven agricultural land. In road construction, it ensures a continuous supply of metal profiles to the pile driver along the roadside, significantly reducing machine downtime.
