Mixing buckets: specialized equipment for preparing materials on site

Mixing buckets are specific equipment: before ordering them you need to verify that your machine has the right hydraulic capacity.
It’s not like buying a normal bucket: here there’s a hydraulic motor that needs to turn, you need sufficient liters per minute and the right pressure.
If the machine is undersized, the bucket doesn’t work well or overheats. That’s why we always ask you: what machine do you have?
How many liters per minute does the hydraulic pump do? What pressure? Once we’ve verified it’s suitable, we propose the most appropriate model
for the type of material you need to mix (concrete, mortar, stabilized). Then we arrange delivery and, if needed, give you instructions for the first startup.

Professional mixing buckets for concrete, mortars and granular materials

Mixing buckets are essential equipment for the rapid and homogeneous preparation of concrete, mortars, stabilized materials and granular materials directly on site. Compatible with skid steers, wheel loaders and excavators, they allow you to reduce processing times, material waste and operating costs, improving overall work efficiency.

At DAMAC you’ll find a selection of professional mixing buckets chosen for robustness, construction quality and consistent productivity even in intensive use.

Brands we handle: C4, Berti, Simex, CM, M3

DAMAC handles mixing buckets from the main brands in the sector:
C4 Meccanica, Berti, Simex, CM, M3 and other leading manufacturers. We work with these brands because we know their machines well, we know they’re reliable and that spare parts are easily found.
Each piece of equipment guarantees uniform mixing, long life and holds up well even on demanding construction sites.

What mixing buckets are used for

Mixing buckets allow you to prepare material directly on site,
eliminating the need for external plants and improving work management.

  • preparation of concrete and mortars on site
  • mixing of stabilized and granular materials
  • construction and renovation work
  • road and infrastructure construction sites
  • quick interventions in difficult-to-access areas

Technical characteristics: what makes the difference

DAMAC mixing buckets have technical characteristics designed to work well and last over time,
even on construction sites where they’re used every day.

Efficient mixing systems

Augers and mixing systems designed to guarantee a homogeneous mixture,
reducing cycle times and consumption. Mixing quality depends a lot on auger design and rotation speed.

Controlled discharge and safety

Available models may have controlled discharge systems,
safety valves and reinforced protection grilles,
for safe and precise use even when working under pressure.

Tested, inspected and ready to work

All mixing buckets we sell are tested and inspected
before delivery. We verify that the hydraulic motor turns properly, that there are no leaks,
that the discharge works correctly. The equipment is ready to use and shipped quickly
throughout Italy and abroad.

How to order: verify compatibility and choose the model

Ordering a mixing bucket requires an extra step compared to other accessories.
You send us your machine’s data (brand, model, hydraulic flow in l/min, pressure in bar),
tell us what material you need to mix and how much. We verify compatibility,
propose the most suitable model and give you all the technical specifications.
If everything checks out, we arrange shipping and also give you some instructions for first use.

Contact us to receive:

  • verification of your machine’s hydraulic flow and pressure compatibility
  • suggestion of the most suitable model for the material type
  • complete technical specifications with performance and dimensions
  • information on available equipment (valves, grilles, accessories)
  • delivery times and shipping costs

Frequently asked questions about mixing buckets

Can my skid steer mount a mixing bucket?

It depends on the hydraulic capacity. Send us the skid steer’s brand and model, we’ll verify the technical data
and tell you right away if the capacity is sufficient. Generally you need at least 40-50 liters per minute for the smallest buckets,
more for larger ones.

What’s the difference between various mixing bucket models?

The main difference is in capacity (liters of mixture), required power and the type of material they can mix. Some models are suitable for light mortars, others are reinforced for concrete or very dense materials. We’ll help you understand which one is right for you.
