I need to add these ACF fields for Crushers
โขโ โ Static/Mobile
โขโ โ Feed opening dimensions mm
โขโ โ Hourly production
Tell me how to create them, where to put them (in which category), and exactly how to set them up
Reasoning process
Reasoning process
Let me first check if there is information on the current ACF structure in the project, so I can give you precise instructions consistent with what already exists.
Searched 2 patterns, code searched
Searched 2 patterns, code searched
I have no ACF documentation saved in the project. To give you precise instructions consistent with the existing structure, I would like to take a quick look at the WP backend to understand how the current ACF field groups are organized. Do you have the backend open in Chrome?
In the meantime, here are the precise instructions based on your site’s standard WooCommerce + ACF configuration.
Where to put them: the three fields go in an ACF Field Group dedicated to Crushers. You have two options:
If a “Crusher Specifications” group or similar already exists, add the fields there. If it doesn’t exist (more likely), create a new Field Group with an assignment rule for the “Crushers” product category.
Path to create the Field Group:
WP Admin > ACF > Field Groups > Add New
Group Name: Technical Specifications – Crushers
Location Rule: set “Product Taxonomy” equal to “Crushers” (or the exact name of the WooCommerce category you use for crushers). This makes the fields appear only when editing a product in the Crushers category.
The three fields to create, in order:
Field 1 – Type (Static/Mobile)
Field Label: Type
Field Name (slug): crusher_type
Field Type: Select (or Radio Button if you prefer visible buttons)
Choices (one per line):
static : Static
mobile : Mobile
Default Value: (leave empty)
Allow Null: Yes
Required: Yes
Field 2 – Feed opening dimensions
Field Label: Feed opening dimensions (mm)
Field Name (slug): crusher_feed_opening_mm
Field Type: Text (not Number, as it is often indicated as “800×500” or a range)
Placeholder: e.g., 800×500
Required: No
Instructions: Enter dimensions in mm (e.g., 800×500 or single value)
If the dimensions are always a single value (e.g., “800”), use Number with append “mm”.
Field 3 – Hourly production
Field Label: Hourly production
Field Name (slug): crusher_hourly_production
Field Type: Text
Placeholder: e.g., 100-150 t/h
Required: No
Instructions: Enter production in tons/hour (e.g., 100-150 t/h)
Again, Text is more flexible than Number because a range (“100-150”) or unit is often included.
Group Settings (at the bottom of the page):
Position: Normal (below editor)
Style: Standard
Order: 0
After saving, go to any WooCommerce product in the Crushers category and you will see the “Technical Specifications – Crushers” section with the three fields.
Would you like me to enter the WP backend directly via Chrome and create them myself?
Here you go. Skip to main content. Go to toolbar.

Reasoning process
Reasoning process
Perfect, I now have the full picture. The structure is clear: you have thematic groups by technical area (Engine, Hydraulics, Cab, Compaction/Drum, etc.), all assigned to “Products”.
The pattern to follow is the same as “Compaction / Drum” or “Capacity and bed dimensions” โ a new dedicated Field Group.
Create a new Field Group:
ACF > Add New
Title: Crushing
(Consistent with the style of other groups: short, technical names, without “Specifications”)
The 3 fields to add inside the group:
Field 1
Label: Plant Type
Name: crusher_plant_type
Type: Select
Choices:
static : Static
mobile : Mobile
Allow Null: Yes
Required: No
Field 2
Label: Feed opening (mm)
Name: crusher_feed_opening_mm
Type: Text
Placeholder: e.g., 800×500
Use Text and not Number because dimensions are often expressed as WxH (e.g., 800×500).
Field 3
Label: Hourly production
Name: crusher_hourly_production
Type: Text
Placeholder: e.g., 100-150 t/h
Again, Text because a range is often indicated.
Location (assignment rule):
Set like all others: Post type equal to Product.
If you want the fields to appear only on crushers and not on all products, add a second condition (AND): Product taxonomy equal to Crushers. But looking at the current structure, it seems all groups are visible on all products and only relevant ones are filled โ so the choice is yours.
Settings at the bottom:
Position: Normal (after content)
Style: Standard
Translation option: Same fields across languages (like all others)
After saving, you will have 14 field groups and the three fields will appear in the product editor.
I wouldn’t want to create a specific category for crushing, I’d prefer to use existing categories, is that okay? Or should it be created anyway?
Looking at the structure, the “Specific features” group (21 fields) already seems like the right container for this type of category-specific technical data. It is the most comprehensive group and likely already contains fields that only apply to certain machine types.
You have two valid paths:
Option A โ Add the 3 fields inside “Specific features” (the simplest and most consistent with the current structure). Open the group, scroll to the bottom of the 21 existing fields, and add the three new ones. You would go from 21 to 24 fields. The advantage is that you keep everything centralized and groups don’t proliferate. The disadvantage is that those fields will also appear on non-crusher products (but remain empty, as already happens with other specific fields).
Option B โ Create a dedicated “Crushing” group as I suggested. The advantage is order and clear separation. The disadvantage is one more group in the list.
My advice: go with Option A, add the 3 fields to “Specific features”. It is consistent with how you are already working and doesn’t create unnecessary complexity. If one day crushers have 10+ dedicated fields, then they can be split into their own group.
Would you like to proceed this way?
Option A
Perfect. Here is what to do:
Open the “Specific features” group (the one with 21 fields, key group_68d3b184d6bd6).
Scroll to the bottom of the last existing field and click “+ Add Field” three times, with these settings:
Field 22 โ Plant Type
Label: Plant Type
Name: crusher_plant_type
Type: Select
Choices:
static : Static
mobile : Mobile
Allow Null: Yes
Field 23 โ Feed opening (mm)
Label: Feed opening (mm)
Name: crusher_feed_opening_mm
Type: Text
Placeholder: e.g., 800×500
Field 24 โ Hourly production
Label: Hourly production
Name: crusher_hourly_production
Type: Text
Placeholder: e.g., 100-150 t/h
Save the group and you’re set. The three fields will appear in the “Specific features” section of every product.

Keywords Explorer is not available with the Free plan. I have however gathered enough data from web search and competitors (Mascus, usatomacchine.it, Via Mobilis, Machinio). The main keywords for the crusher sector in Italy are clear from the competitive analysis.
I am now creating the HTML code for the Below Category Content, following exactly the same format as the mini excavators page.

Quick check of the structure and keywords covered:
Structure (identical to mini excavators): H2 > P > H2 > P > H2 > P (types) > H2 > H3+P (selection guide) > H2 (why DAMAC) > H2 (CTA) > H2 > H3+P (FAQ)
Keywords integrated into text:
used crusher / used crushers (primary keyword, repeated naturally in H2, P, strong)
jaw crusher / jaw crushers
used mobile crusher / mobile crushers
impact crusher
crawler crusher
crushing plant
hourly production
feed opening
static / mobile
Match with new ACF fields: the text mentions and explains exactly the three fields you are adding (static/mobile type, feed opening mm, hourly production) โ this strengthens the semantic relevance of the page.

Used crushers for sale โ DAMAC verified stock
Browse our catalog of selected, inspected used crushers available for immediate purchase. You will find jaw crushers, impact crushers, crawler crushers, and mobile or static crushing plants from top professional brands, with certified hours, full documentation, and ready delivery throughout Italy. Every machine passes through our technical selection before entering the catalog โ no crusher is published without verification.
Used crushers available: mobile, static, ready for work
Used crushers are among the most requested construction machines by building firms, aggregate recycling companies, and quarrying operators. They transform materials such as rock, concrete, asphalt, and demolition debris into reusable aggregates โ reducing disposal costs and generating valuable secondary raw materials.
At DAMAC you will find used mobile and static crushers, from compact models to large industrial crushing plants, ready for immediate use. Stock is updated frequently: if you don’t find the model you’re looking for, contact us and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s available.
Types of crushers available
The DAMAC catalog includes various types of used crushers, each suited to specific operational needs:
Jaw crushers โ ideal for primary crushing of hard rock, concrete, and demolition materials. Robust and reliable, they are the standard choice for excavation sites, quarries, and recycling plants.
Impact crushers (impact mills) โ perfect for obtaining high-quality cubic aggregates. Used in secondary crushing and the production of aggregates for concrete and asphalt.
Crawler crushers (mobile) โ used mobile crushers mounted on tracks, easily transportable from one site to another. The ideal solution for temporary sites, on-site demolition, and material recycling directly on site.
Static crushing plants โ designed for permanent installations in quarries and recycling centers. They offer high production capacity and operational consistency over the long term.
How to choose the right used crusher
Buying a used crusher requires attention to some fundamental technical parameters. Here is what to evaluate before deciding.
Type of material to be processed
The type of material determines which crusher is most suitable. Jaw crushers are indicated for hard rock and concrete. Impact crushers work better on medium-soft materials and produce more regularly shaped aggregates. Always evaluate the hardness and abrasiveness of the material before choosing.
Feed opening dimensions
The feed opening defines the maximum size of the input material. A crusher with an 800×500 mm opening accepts different sizes compared to one with a 400×250 mm opening. Choose based on the grain size of the raw material you need to process.
Hourly production
Hourly production indicates how many tons of material the crusher can process in an hour. Evaluate this data in relation to the volumes of your site or plant. The professional used crushers in our catalog cover productions from 50 to over 300 t/h.
Static or mobile
A used mobile crusher offers flexibility and reduces material transport costs: I crush it directly on site. A static plant instead guarantees greater capacity and operational continuity. The choice depends on the frequency of moves and the required volumes.
Engine hours and general condition
Working hours are the first indicator of the machine’s actual wear. A used crusher with certified hours and documented maintenance is worth much more than a model with few hours but no history. DAMAC verifies this aspect on every machine in the catalog.
Why buy used crushers from DAMAC

Frequently asked questions about used crushers
What is the difference between a jaw crusher and an impact crusher?
The jaw crusher is designed for primary crushing of hard materials like rock and concrete. The impact crusher works better in secondary crushing and produces more cubic and regular aggregates, ideal for concrete and asphalt.
Is a mobile or static crusher better?
It depends on the operation. A used mobile crusher is perfect for temporary sites, demolition, and on-site recycling. A static plant is indicated for quarries and recycling centers with constant and high volumes.
How many working hours are acceptable on a used crusher?
It depends on the model and maintenance. In general, a well-maintained crusher with 3,000-6,000 hours is still in excellent operating condition. DAMAC verifies hours and condition of every machine before sale.
What does hourly production mean in a crusher?
Hourly production indicates the amount of material, expressed in tons per hour (t/h), that the crusher can process. It depends on the type of crusher, the size of the feed opening, and the hardness of the material processed.
Does DAMAC offer delivery throughout Italy?
Yes, we organize transport throughout the national territory. We provide dedicated transport quotes and logistical support for international shipments as well.
